The BMC can be used as a  blueprint for your business.  It helps you identify how you'll create and deliver value to your customers while ensuring financial viability for your company. Learn more about business model innovation by finding ways to forge the best fit between a business' customer segments and the products or services that meet their wants, desires, and needs.
